Simple returns. Clear refunds.
We want every Mineon.de order to be easy to understand and quick to resolve. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are handled, and how to contact us before opening a payment dispute.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to request a return or refund
- Email support@mineon.de with your order number and reason for the request.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending any product back.
- Pack the item securely, including all accessories and original packaging where possible.
- Once we receive the return, we will review it and confirm whether a refund, replacement, or other solution applies.
Shipping costs for voluntary returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival.
Items that may not be returnable
- Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not caused by Mineon.de.
- Digital products, downloaded goods, personalized items, or sealed products that cannot be returned once opened, where applicable.
- Requests made outside the return window, unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

If something is wrong with your order or payment, please email support@mineon.de before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved faster when we can review the order details directly.
